The problem

Real value existed — music masters, art collections, real estate, community standing, a story worth preserving. None of it was structured to make preservation, funding, or growth obvious.

The approach

We treated the holdings as a portfolio rather than a list, mapping creative IP, real estate, nonprofit potential, grant eligibility, and monetization pathways into a strategy where each element reinforced the others. Nonprofit positioning unlocked grant access. Grant access funded space activation. Space activation amplified the creative IP.

The outcome

A living ecosystem with three coordinated revenue pathways, a nonprofit alignment strategy, and grant-first sequencing. The family moved from holding assets to operating a system.
